Common questions

How do I sign in? Enter your email and Sound & Scene sends you a 6-digit code. There's no password to remember. Didn't get it? Check spam, then tap Use a different email and try again.

How do I find my friends? Add your phone number in Settings, then go to Friends → Contacts. Anyone in your contacts who's on Sound & Scene shows up with a Follow button, and you can text an invite to everyone else.

How do I report a post, comment or person? Tap ••• on the post or comment, or top right on their profile, then Report and pick a reason. It disappears for you right away, and we review every report within 24 hours.

How do I block someone? Same ••• menu, then Block. You won't see each other's shows, comments, plans or lists, and they aren't told. Unblock any time in Settings → Blocked accounts.

Who can see my shows? If your account is public, anyone on Sound & Scene. Turn on Settings → Private account and only followers you approve can see them.

How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account, at the bottom. It permanently removes your profile, shows, photos, comments and everything else.

Where do show listings and setlists come from? Upcoming shows come from Ticketmaster, setlists from setlist.fm, and song previews from Apple Music. If something's wrong there, it's usually fixed at the source within a day or two.

What are the rules? Be real, be decent, keep it clean, post only what you have the right to, and no spam. Read them in full in the app under Settings → About → Community rules.
